Since I restarted to cook by myself, my principle is to cook what I want to eat. Then tonight I cooked beef brito for dinner. It was tough to wrap properly but looks good for the first shot. 自炊始めて以来の原則である食べたいものを作るに従い、今夜はビーフブリトーを作った トルティージャが上手く巻けず何度もまきなおす 結構巻き込まないと綺麗に巻けないと実感 ブリトーは食感が命と気づく 生春巻きと同じ感覚をおぼえる
